Live Less Lonely Women's Group Coaching (4 months): £3,500

A unique programme to help you overcome loneliness and factors affecting your mental health and wellbeing such as:


  • lack of connection and belonging
  • social anxiety and low mood
  • low self-esteem and negative self-talk
  • stress, overwhelm and burnout


I use positive psychology and research-based strategies to help you feel seen, heard and valued.

  • online needs analysis and goal setting 
  • 8 x 2 hour online group coaching sessions
  • additional wellbeing masterclasses 
  • exercises, reflections and access to support
  • programme evaluation and next steps
